Steamed Leche Flan

This creamy, silky and rich Steamed Leche Flan will be your new favourite dessert. It is actually very easy to make with only 4 ingredients. Just egg yolks, milk, condensed milk and sugar. Just take a look at the photos below and tell me you don't want a bite!

- 12 pieces egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ¾ cup white sugar for caramel
In a saucepan add sugar and dissolve in a low heat. Let it simmer until it turns to golden syrup.
Immediately pour syrup onto individual baking dish. Let it cool.
In a medium bowl whisk egg yolks, milk and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth.
Strain egg mixture and pour into individual bowls.
Fill steamer with 4-5 cups of water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the steamer, allow to cool and refrigerate to chill.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
