Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, green onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cilantro, egg and black pepper to taste.
Combine until everything is incorporated.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Roll into a ball using hands and transfer to a baking dish. About 22-24 meatballs.
Bake meatballs on a pre-heated 400 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes until brown and cooked through.
In a small bowl, combine light soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sriracha and cornstarch.
In a medium pan, pour in sauce and whisk for 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened.
Add meatballs and toss for another 2 minutes until meatballs are well coated with sauce.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
