- 10 pieces drumsticks
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon fish sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley garnish
- white sesame seeds garnish
Pat dry chicken using paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic, fish sauce, salt and pepper.
Add in drumsticks and toss to coat. Marinate chicken for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Arrange the chicken on a baking tray and bake on a preheated 375 F oven for 20-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.
