If you love avocados or looking to try something else, then this avocado with condensed milk is a great way to enjoy your ripe avocados. It's refreshing and creamy treats to enjoy during hot summer days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium avocado ripe and soft
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk the level of sweetness can be adjusted based on personal taste preferences.
  • ¼ cup milk or a splash of milk and gradually increase as needed
  • crushed ice or ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Dice flesh and scoop out using a spoon and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  • Pour in sweetened condensed milk to the avocado. 
  • Add milk and mix until well combined.
  • Lastly, add ice to the avocado mixture and mix until the ice begins to melt. (Add about 3 ice cubes)

  • Choose ripe avocados for best flavor and creamy texture. Avoid using underripe as they may result in less creamy texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste the level of sweetness can be adjusted based on personal taste preferences.
  • You can mash avocados for smooth and creamy consistency.
