In over medium large pot sauté onion, garlic. ginger and white parts of green onions. Stir for 2-3 minutes, make sure not to burn them to avoid bitter taste.
Add 2 cups of oats and mix them together for about 2 minutes before adding the broth.
Add 6-7 cups of vegetable broth. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until fully distributed. Cook the Oats Arroz Caldo for 10-15 minutes.

Then we are going to add them peeled, sliced and served over the Oats Arroz Caldo together with tofu, garlic, green onion and cilantro.
