2 - 2.5 pounds Mussels 18-20 pieces 6 cloves Garlic minced 2 stalks Scallions chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese grated ¾ - 1 cup butter melted salt and pepper to taste
Place melted butter in a mixing bowl. Add scallions, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Use a baking pan and arranged the mussels. Pour a spoonful of mixture on top of each mussels for flavour.
Add cheddar cheese on top of each mussels.
On a preheated 180 Celsius oven, bake Cheesy Tahong for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
