Easy Sesame Noodles with Shrimp (3 Ingredient Sauce)

Ingredients
  

  • 180 grams dried shrimp egg noodles spaghetti, udon, lo mein, or even rice noodles depending on what you have.
  • 160 grams raw shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion peeled and sliced
  • 1 small bell peppers seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach

Sesame Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  • Heat oil in a medium pan. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.”
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.
  • Stir in the sauce and spinach until well combined. Add the noodles and toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add any vegetables you like! Just keep in mind you may need to adjust the sauce depending on how many veggies you toss in.
  • If you like a little heat, sprinkle in some chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha.
