- 180 grams dried shrimp egg noodles spaghetti, udon, lo mein, or even rice noodles depending on what you have.
- 160 grams raw shrimp
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion peeled and sliced
- 1 small bell peppers seeded and sliced
- 1 cup spinach
Sesame Sauce
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Prepare the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
Heat oil in a medium pan. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.”
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.
Stir in the sauce and spinach until well combined. Add the noodles and toss everything together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve and enjoy!
- Feel free to add any vegetables you like! Just keep in mind you may need to adjust the sauce depending on how many veggies you toss in.
