This beautifulFilipinoBeef Giniling is hearty, delicious and easy to prepare. A perfect comfort food, pair this dish with rice for a filling meal that will satisfy your hunger. It's versatile and great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
In over medium heat pan, add oil. Sauté onion for 2 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and sautè for 1-2 minutes. Add ground beef.
Mix ground beef with onion and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes or until browned.
Add carrots and potatoes.
Stir in ½ cup of water, tomato sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Add bayleaves. Simmer for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add in bell peppers.
Add raisins and mix.
Add green peas and stir for another 2 minutes. Add water as needed to make sure sauce does not dry out. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
