Gather all the ingredients you need for the pasta dish, including pasta, broth ingredients, vegetables, beef, and seasonings.
In a pan add olive oil and butter.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Sprinkle dried oregano, dried thyme, sugar, salt, and pepper over the beef mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Pour in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any flavorful bits. Add 1 cube of beef bouillon .Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the pasta to the pan, ensuring it's submerged in the liquid. Simmer the pasta in the broth, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid, usually about 10-12 minutes.
Add broccoli florets and simmer in low heat until tender.
Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more salt and pepper according to your preference.
Add about ½ of parmesan cheese, cover with lid and turn the heat off.
Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, remove the pan from the heat. Top the pasta with grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and freshness. Serve and enjoy!
