- 300 grams ground beef extra lean ground beef (at least 90 percent lean)
- 2¼ cup penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon thyme dried
- ¼ teaspoon oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2½ cup beef broth more if needed
- 1 cubed beef bouillon
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
