Pan-Fried Soy Sauce Noodles

300 grams noodles 1.5 cups bean sprouts 1 small bell peppers sliced 1 medium onion julienned 5 cloves garlic minced Sauce 4 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoon water pinch black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey and water.
Cook noodles as per instruction. Drain excess water and set aside.
In over medium heat pan, drizzle some oil. Sautè onion for 2 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add bell peppers and mix.
Add noodles. Stir in soy sauce and mix until coated. Add chili flakes.
Stir in bean sprouts and saute for another 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
