    Pan-fried Soy Sauce Noodles

    This Easy Pan-fried Soy Sauce Noodles recipe is spicy, savory and it's ready in just 15 minutes! Try these addicting noodles today, I guarantee you're going to love it.

    This recipe is vegetarian friendly, although you can easily add meats like chicken, pork or beef if you'd like.

    These noodles can be serve as a main dish, or serve as a side because they literally will go with anything! You can make them for a party or just a simple weeknight dinner.

    The perfect thing about a meal like this is the noodles are the base, and upon that base you add whatever you like. This makes these noodles ideal for using up extra vegetables you might have in the fridge.

    Ingredients Needed

    Ingredient Notes

    • noodles: I am using Mr Noodles. You can also use Chow Mein but make sure to blanch in a hot water for 2-3 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain. This will work with udon as well.
    • veggies: I am using bean sprouts. You can add cabbage, broccoli or other vegetables you like.
    • bell peppers: orange, yellow, red or green bell peppers works fine.
    • sauce: soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil and honey.
    • onion and garlic
    • chili flakes: for spicy (optional).

    How to make Pan-fried Soy Sauce Noodles?

    Step 1: Boil noodles with salt water for 1-2 minutes. Drain excess water and set aside. Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil and honey.

    Step 2: In over medium pan, drizzle some oil. Sautè onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Step 3: Add noodles. Stir in soy sauce mixture and mix for 3-4 minutes.

    Step 4: Add bean sprouts and mix.

    Ingredients
      

    • 300 grams noodles
    • 1.5 cups bean sprouts
    • 1 small bell peppers sliced
    • 1 medium onion julienned
    • 5 cloves garlic minced

    Sauce

    • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 2 tablespoon water
    • pinch black pepper

    Instructions
     

    • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey and water.
    • Cook noodles as per instruction. Drain excess water and set aside.
    • In over medium heat pan, drizzle some oil. Sautè onion for 2 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
    • Add bell peppers and mix.
    • Add noodles. Stir in soy sauce and mix until coated. Add chili flakes.
    • Stir in bean sprouts and saute for another 2 minutes.
    • Serve and enjoy.
