  • 2 pieces boneless pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • cabbage shredded

Tonkatsu Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds toast

For Breading

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon cold milk
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine ketchup, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and honey
  • Prepare the boneless pork chop by cutting through the fat to prevent it from curling. Using the back of the knife, flatten the meat to help tenderize it.
  • Season with salt and pepper both sides.
  • Add all-purpose flour into a plate . In a second bowl, beat your eggs and cold milk. In a third bowl, add and spread out panko.
  • Generously coat the pork chop with flour, dip into egg mixture then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • In a pan, add in oil; once the oil is hot, add in the pork chop. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown. Remove and let it rest on a paper towel.
  • Serve with shredded cabbage, rice and tonkatsu sauce. Share and Enjoy!
