Are you looking for an interesting way to use up a few extra avocados? Not only is this recipe incredibly easy to put together, but its super creamy and as a plus, healthy!.

Avocados are grown in abundance in the Philippines so we have come up with a lot of creative ways to use them. They are so versatile. This creamy fruit (yes, not a veggie!) is packed with vitamins, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. Healthy Omega 3 fatty acids are another huge plus!
