The Amazing Ube
I have been sharing a lot of Ube recipes on the blog recently. It's really fun to dream up new ways of using this Purple Yam. It's not really as sweet as it's relative the sweet potato Yam, so coming up with different ways to subvert the expectations of your taste buds is really fun. Make sure to share any wild ideas you may have with me on my social media accounts.
