    What is Banana Cue?

Banana Cue is a tasty Filipino snack made from fried bananas coated with caramelized brown sugar. You will find this popular street food all across the Philippines. Usually skewered onto bamboo sticks, they are often paired with a cold soda.

What is the origin of Banana Cue

Funny enough, Banana Cue is simply a portmanteau of "Banana" and "Barbeque". The bamboo stick is used for convenience, but we are not cooking the Bananas on the skewer itself.
