Filipino Cheese Bars
This easy and delicious homemade cheese bars are made with only 8 ingredients. The main ingredient is the cheese, I mean who doesn't love cheese? This recipe uses cheddar cheese and that cheesy flavour balances the sweetness of the bars.
Cheese Bars are my all time favourite and bring back lot of memories of childhood. When I was in College these bars were my go-to snacks pair with my hot coffee, I would dip it in the coffee. Weird right? But you should try it. The cafeteria in school had the best recipe in town.
In the Philippines you often see them in a triangle size. But this recipe is a thicker bar version. The best thing, is you can add more cheese for extra cheesy flavour. Yummy!
You may notice the batter are thicker but that's okay that's how these cheese bars are made.
